About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or related fields. As a BDE at Clovin Security, you will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building client relationships, and driving the sales of our cybersecurity solutions. You will collaborate closely with our technical teams to tailor offerings to client needs, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and industry events.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals to drive revenue growth.

  • Proposal Development: Work with the technical and marketing teams to prepare detailed proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.

  • Sales Presentations: Conduct sales pitches and presentations to potential clients, demonstrating the value of Clovin Security's services.

  • Market Analysis: Stay informed of market trends, industry challenges, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.

  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, technical, and customer support) to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services to clients.

  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates on the pipeline to the management team.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience: 0-2 years in business development or sales, preferably in tech or cybersecurity.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).

  • Sales Skills: Proven record of meeting sales targets and managing client portfolios.

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication with stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Negotiation Skills: Experience in closing deals and negotiating long-term contracts.

  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with cybersecurity or IT services is highly preferred.

  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

  • CRM Tools: Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads.

  • Presentation Skills: Strong ability to present complex services to clients effectively.
